If your boiler is broken, we act fast to fix it. Once we get the call, our Customer Service team will quickly assess the situation and arrange for a fully qualified heating engineer to visit your home. We do our best to get to you within 24 hours where possible.

Our engineer will arrive on time to find the fault, then explain the options available to you. Our main concern is the safety and well-being of your family. Potential hazards such as carbon monoxide fumes will be quickly assessed, followed by stringent tests to identify a boiler repair service over installing new.

Our engineer will diagnose the fault your boiler and if possible, repair during this visit if this is not possible, we will arrange a quote to repair and return as soon as possible to repair the boiler*.
