To give you extra peace of mind your central heating and boiler systems are still working as they should, without omitting any dangerous gases, we offer our customers a thorough Gas Safety Check.
A Gas Safe registered engineer will visit your home at a convenient time to suit you. Every gas appliance will be checked to identify problems or early signs of issues. We will then quote for any repairs or replacement appliances if required. You will be presented with a certificate to prove the gas safety check and the findings.
For landlords
It is a legal requirement for landlords to have annual Gas Safety Checks on their properties every 12 months.
Harris Heating’s Gas Safe Registered Engineers work with Leeds and West Yorkshire landlords, helping them with their legal obligation to keep tenants safe. We first book a time to visit the property, then carry out diligent checks on every gas appliance for just £112 for your first appliance, £122 for two appliances and £137 for three appliances. Please ask for a quote for four plus appliances.
We supply landlords with certificates to evidence the checks, and a quotation for any necessary works carried out to repair or replace appliances. As a landlord, it is your legal duty to share this certificate with new tenants moving in, or existing tenants within 28 days of the Gas Safety Check.
